The private energy consumption (water, gas and electricity) amounts to a mere +/- 120 EUR / month thanks to the ecological design of the apartment. These costs are private and are to be paid by the tenant. The owner is however prepared to keep all subscriptions (water, gas, electricity, TV/Internet) in his name and process the payment of all incoming invoices. Since the amount of these costs depends on the consumption, a lump sum amount can be added to the rental agreement, with an annual correction to be made. The main advantage for the tenant is the comfort of knowing that there will be no administrative dealings with energy/water/phone suppliers.

The communes of Koekelberg and Jette are less densely populated, they have many diverse parks and green areas and are ideal for someone who prefers to live close to centre of the city, but in a calmer, greener, more residential and affordable neighbourhood.

The European area is only 5.8 km away (4.5 as the crow flies) and can be reached in 20-25 mins (irrespective of using public transport, a car in morning traffic or bike). On a scooter/motorbike or electric bike it is reached in a good 10 mins.

All large train stations (Central, North and South station) are +/- 4 km away and can be easily reached by metro Simonis (this hub allows you to go around and enter the city centre both clockwise and counter clockwise, which is very convenient). Brussels airport is some 20 mins away.

Total rental price (penthouse 1500 + charges 40 + garage 120) = 1.660 EUR / month with a two month deposit as rental warranty of 3.000 EUR.
