A warm and sunny top (4th) floor duplex penthouse with a large terrace giving you an unblocked 180 view of the Brussels' sky line . It being faced south, there's sun the entire day.  The smaller bathroom, kitchen and bed room are downstairs while the living room (with a build in pull-out king-size bed for those who want to wake up with a view to the terrace) and the larger bathroom are upstairs. The place is on the 'Rue le Lorrain', right next to the popular Tour&Taxi site, and a 25' walk to down-town area (i.e., just a few minutes of Brussels-city, i.e., postal code 1000 as fcompared to 1080 of Molenbeek). The closest subway station is 'Ribaucourt', which is a 10' ride to 'Art-Loi' (and the EU institutions in that area). For the non-locals, i.e., expats we can set up a virtual visit via zoom, or whatsapp.
