In an area characterized by typical Brussels houses, at the ground floor of a very quiet maison de maitre, this independent 50 m2 apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The antique and design furniture offers a unique sensation to be at home. At the entrance, a nice antique writing desk and bookshelf in a niche is confortable to study/work at home. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, etc...) with a large dining table and windows on the square. The separated bedroom is equipped with a 140*200 bed, armchair, closets, Smart TV/Sat, bookshelves, and it has large door/windows with access to the terrace garden. The terrace is partially covered by a transparent roof. It is furnished, and it has a barbecue installed. From the bedroom, a door allows to enter the large bathroom with WC, closets, window and a good rain shower.  

Our guests are usually professionals or PhD students. Occupancy is appropriate for one person only. However, occasional visitors can be allowed prior authorization and small additional fee (100eur for a weekend).

The apartment has its own drying machine, iron and ironing table, vacuum cleaner, and other appliances/equipment.

Free Wi-Fi and cable net are all over (high speed).

Electricity, water, and heating are included in the total price. 

The apartment is no smokers. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed. 

The apartment and all appliances are in perfect status. Cleaning once a week is mandatory.

The rental contract follows the applicable standard Belgian regulations. The minimum contractual stay is 91 days. Longer contracts are possible.

PRICE: rental for 1 year = 900eur/month; rental for 6 months=975eur/month; rental for 3 months=1050/month. The total rental price must add 150 forfait/month for electricity/water/heating/Internet/Sat. 

At check in/out a written "etat des lieux" is signed between the parties. A guarantee of two months is requested to cover eventual damages to the property.

All rental payments are anticipated at the first day of the month, preferably by bank transfer.

The main university campus of Vrije Universiteit Brussel is called Campus Etterbeek, although it is geographically not within Etterbeek but in the adjacent municipality of Ixelles.
