I am the owner of nice 2 bedrooms apartment situated just in the city centre of Barcelona, in GOTICO quarter, on Las Ramblas within a few minutes walk to Barceloneta beach/seaside and metro stations (green line): Liceu and Drassanes. I give for rent whole my apartment (NOT ROOMS!!!)for a family or for a group of people, minimum for 3 persons.

My apartment is 70 sq.m., renovated and furnished, PVC windows in each room, parquet floors, 2 bedrooms with double beds + dining-room + kitchen + bathroom/WC.

Price is 30 Euros/per night/per person, including all: clean towels/bed linen/plates&dishes/coffee and cleaning.
