35 belgian guy, straight, looking for a flatmate. Social, open minded. 520 €/month.Rental contrat 3 months renewable if mutual good feeling.Penthouse (140m²)+terrasse (47m²). Fully furnished : inter.connection, washing machine,dryer, iron, international connection for TV, etc. Bedroom of 24 m² for the flatmate. Ensuite so bedroom + showerroom included.
Pictures show the appart, shower room'll be repainted and the appart cleaned again(parties made before making the pics...).
I'm clean, sociable, open minded, I expect the same. NO students, expats welcome as well as stagiaires.
Be aware, dubble bed, closet, table included in the bedroom but the sofa and one of the two closets on the pics will be taken out by my actual flatmate (bought a appart with his girlfriend).
