A room becomes available in a 2-bedroom apartment close to Square Ambiorix and the European District.
The apartment is close to different buses and less than ten minutes walking to the metro stop Shuman.
The apartment is nice , bright and quite big (90 m²), will be shared by you and another Italian guy. It is on the third floor with elevator. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, internet, digital TV, one bathroom with a huge bath tube and a toilet, one balcony, ... The price for renting the room is 437.5€, plus charges (+ or – 75 €). The deposit is one month rent (795€).
