Looking to sublet one bedroom fully furnished in my loft style renovated apartment of 140 m sq from end December (smoking or non-smoking). The bedroom is spacious with dimension of
22-24 m2 equipped with a double bed + fresh linen, closet and books library. Including a shower en-suite for own personal use.
Washing machine and dryer, dish washer, Huge American fridge, internet, HDF TV, etc. Comes fully furnished with wooden flooring, dining room & fully equipped kitchen facilities, lot of books and comics + a terrace of 47m² offering barbecue facilities...
Beware; 4th floor with no lift available.
About the renter: I'm a young male professional working in Brussels early 30ies, languages spoken English, French, Flemish. I have just bought this apartment and will be co-sharing with tenant that will take one bedroom.Located in Saint-Josse, 25 m from Place Saint-Josse close to the Metro and tram services (5 mins walk) � close to freeway and tunnels as well if youre mobile.
I'm looking for somebody open minded, social (as I've got lots of friends from different cultures)and clean!!!
500 per month + 50 € charges.
Deposite of 450 to get in
+ contract to signed up for 3 months renewable if getting along well....

Pictures show the appart, shower room'll be repainted and the appart cleaned again(parties made before making the pics...).
I'm clean, sociable, open minded, I expect the same. NO students, expats welcome as well as stagiaires.
Be aware, dubble bed, closet, table included in the bedroom but the sofa and one of the two closets on the pics will be taken out by my actual flatmate (bought a appart with his girlfriend).
