The spacious, 4 bedroom apartment is located at the charming Place Jourdan, the heart of the European quarter, just a few minutes walk from the European institutions, yet full of Brussels charm – restaurants, shops and the famous fritterie, Maison Antoine.
The room is unfurnished, will be free as of 4th March and will be let for at least 1 year. The rent is €440 per month (charges and Internet included). We are looking for a girl, non-smoker, minimum 27 years old and because we are already an Italian, Spanish and Moroccan living in the flat we would prefer the new flatmate to have another nationality.
The apartment is fully furnished (new, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, a bathroom and an additional separate toilet). There is a nice atmosphere in the flat and we also like to do things together from time to time.
