I am looking for a roommate to share an apartment in Antwerpen (Belgium) 2018 Mechelsesteenweg.
I am Luca and I come from Italy, I study (IT, Theater, Music... ), work in the IT, (I used to work at Build a Bear workshop) and I do sport (martial art).
I've rented a big apartement with someone (apartment sharing), now he is leaving and I am looking for someone nice to live with to replace him.
For me is important to find people which is compatible with me and the other roommate to stay together more as friends then as roommates but I also respect those that prefer to keep to themselves.
The most important is to find someone who is CLEAN (and keeps clean around) and has respect for his housemates.

The kitchen and bathroom are common.
In the kitchen there is my crockery with all stuff: if you don't have any you can use my stuff. (all kind of machines for everything as you read above).
The living room is now my sleeping room, like this we can share the apartment with 3 persons and pay less rent, anyway in the kitchen there is all the stuff and a table with enough space to eat.
There is also a terrace quite big with a table and chairs to eat out with warm weather.
I have bought some stuff to do some fitness (is not a fitness center but you can do some training) and there is a ping pong table available.


ABOUT THE BUILDING:

The appartement building is close to: tram stop (7/2/6/15), bus, central station (15min walking),stadspark.

Nice building, nice places around, quiet place, first floor with elevator, bike-place, cellar and insurance.
There are free parking places at 200 mt. from the street (there are public parking places on the street but between 9.00-18.00 on business-days you have to pay for it).


DETAILS:

The warranty to pay in advance is 600€.
You can't have this address as domicile (due problems with the city hall).
Only Non-Smokers (I am allergic to it, I get sick if just someone smokes 10 meters far from me)
