Room to rent in spacious loft apartment in an old renovated chocolate factory. Walking distance to central Brussel. From june 1st.
I'm renting out my room in a 80m2 loft located in La Chocolaterie in Brussels near to subway stations: Porte de Flandres, Etang Noirs, Beekant, Delacroix. The loft consists of one big living room and kitchen plus a separate bathroom and toilet and then 2 bedrooms.The loft is located in a Clos which was previously a Belgian Chocolate Factory. The loft is to be shared with one other person who already lives there. The price includes heat, electricity, gas, high speed internet and a functioning washing machine: 450€ per month.

Je suis en train de louer ma chambre dans un 80m2 situé dans un Clos, une ancienne Chocolaterie industrielle complètement rénovée par des architectes. La Chocolaterie se trouve à Bruxelles près des stations de métro : Porte de Flandres, Etangs Noirs, Beekkant, Delacroix. Le loft est constitué de 2 chambres, 1 cuisine équipée, 1 grand salon, 1 belle salle de bains, 1 wc, 1 buanderie avec machine à laver le linge, le chauffage et l'eau au gaz, ainsi que l'Internet haut débit sont compris dans les charges. Le loyer toutes charges comprises est de 450 euros par mois.
