Do you have some experience in house-sharing? Then you might be interested in one of the two rooms available in our house from first of July (Room1) and first of August (Room2) onwards.

- Room 2: Comfortable big, bright room (approx. 60 m2/ almost a single appartment on the whole 1st floor) with a spaceful bathrrom and wooden flooring
- A gorgeous old house in Ixelles (Flagey area)
- Three flatmates 29+ years
- Three large common rooms (living room, dining room, TV room)
- Big attic and basement with lots of storage space
- Cosy garden
- Facilities: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, telephone, cable TV, internet via ADSL
- Price for Room1: Euro 600.-€ (+ 30 cleaner/month and the caution)
- Price for Room2: Euro 830.-€ (+ 30 cleaner/month and the caution).

We prefer long-term rental.
