The Green Studio is a very modern, new accommodation, with all you need to live a great time. We are based in a great loft condominium (www.sbslofts.eu) with very strong focus on comfort and safety (there are 2 gates with keycard control to enter the site). Green Studio has a domotica system that enables you to control lights & heating with your own smart device. There is a fire & intrusion alarm system with 24h monitoring/patrol in case of an emergency.
The place is approx. 45 to 50 sqm.
It's a nice open space, very modern, light colors with a touch of green. It is fully equipped, incl. candles and other decoration so that you really feel like in a boutique hotel or at home.

Very central part of the city. Close to everything, incl. main public transportation lines. Weekly Sunday market in front of the door offers great deals on food of both local and more exotic sellers. There is many restaurants around from cheaper alternatives to more sophisticated ounces, i can give you advice on arrival. Next door is a convenience store where you can find close to everything. Bakeries, butchers, fish shops, grocery shops, ... all at few meters away, open till late in the evening, even in the weekends ...
